In 2007 Anglo established another first for Spirit Australia -- alongside the new 2007 Duratec car is a 2007 Kent car. Factory backed driver, Rob Storey, has the honour of driving Australia's most competitive Kent car in the NSW State Series.
Storey made worldwide history when he took his first victory at Wakefield Park on the debut outing of the SPIRIT WL07. Leading the way in the integration of the Duratec engine into Formula Ford, the Spirit WL07 is now available to Australian and New Zealand drivers through Anglo Australian Motor Sport Pty Ltd.
Designed, developed and built in the UK, the Spirit
is a collaborative venture bringing together a designer, race
car engineer, fabrication business, engineering company and moulding
specialist.
